The Jianjiji-11 (J-11) could be a 2-engine fighter jet for the Air force of the People's Republic of China. it's designated as J-11B - an improved Chinese created version of the Russian Su-27. the first two J-11B fighters were delivered in 2008. A 2-seater is still in development.
China, ordered earlier thirty six Su-27KS and 40 Su-27UBK which had the designation of J-11A. more deliveries were manufactured in China however was abandoned when a hundred fighters. This as a result of the Su-27 should have too recent technologies.
China developed an improved version which became designated because the J-11B. it's equipped with two WS-10A Tai hang China-made turbofan engines.
